Shipping & Delivery
Where we deliver, how much shipping costs, and how long it takes.
Delivery area
We deliver only within the European Union (27 Member States). We currently cannot accept orders from countries outside the EU – in this case, you will receive a notification at checkout that shipping is not available for your address.

The shipping costs shown in your shopping basket after selecting the delivery country are decisive.
Delivery time
Within the EU, delivery times are usually 2–5 working days from receipt of payment. For payments made via cryptocurrency, processing will begin once the payment has been confirmed on the network – this may take additional time depending on network congestion.
You will receive shipping tracking information via email for every shipment.
Packaging
All shipments will be neutrally packaged and dispatched – from the outside, neither the contents nor the sender can be identified as a peptide shipment. The vials are padded against breakage and sealed.
Partial deliveries
If any items in your order are not immediately available, we will let you know by email. We will then either dispatch the complete order at a later date or – if agreed with you – send it in partial shipments at no additional shipping cost.
Damaged or undelivered shipments
Should a delivery arrive damaged or be undelivered, please contact info@blitzlab.eu. We will clarify the process with the shipping provider and arrange for a replacement or refund.
Returns & Withdrawal
Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. All details – deadline, expiry, bearing of costs and the model withdrawal form – can be found in our Withdrawal Policy; The return address is also provided there.
Please note: The right of withdrawal expires for sealed goods if the seal has been removed after delivery. Therefore, please inspect the goods externally first, without removing the seal.
A short message to info@blitzlab.eu before you send the item back helps us to match your shipment and speed up the refund – but it is not required.
