Withdrawal Policy

Information on the right of withdrawal for consumers and the model withdrawal form.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

If you have ordered multiple goods as part of a single order that are delivered separately, the withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form for this, but it is not obligatory.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient if you send the notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall repay to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from you having chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and in any event within fourteen days from the date on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract. We shall use the same means of payment for this repayment as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this repayment.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any case at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

A prior notification by email to info@blitzlab.eu helps us to allocate your shipment and expedite the refund – it is not required for the effectiveness of your cancellation.

Lapse of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if their seal has been removed after delivery (§ 312g para. 2 no. 3 BGB).

Our products are supplied in sealed vials. If the seal is removed after delivery, a return will not be possible for hygiene reasons. Therefore, please inspect the goods externally without removing the seal.
